Job description

  • End to end client management on calls. 
  • Handing the process of all increasing the bids in auction. 
  • Relationship building with clients.
  •  Stakeholder management 
  • Processing enquiries generated through tele-sales. 
  • Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested. 

 Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to enquiries. 

  • Client Relation related activities. 



Good judgment and swift decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
