Job description

- Partnering with business leads to understand hiring requirements 
- Lead the talent acquisition team and it's hiring efforts for various requirement across the organization
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals,, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. and ensure that our jobs are optimized on all social media platforms where ever required
- Create brief/job descriptions for any job postings to be advertised or promoted - Preliminary screening /short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement 
- Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up. 
- Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants. 
- Publishing various reports to stakeholders related to hiring.


- Strong IT/ Technology sourcing skills is a must 
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check etc) 
- Experience & comfortable with full life cycle recruitment 
- Good negotiation and closure skills 
- Strong data management skills
- Open to working 6 days a week
